(PDRCI) Arbitration Rules as at present, in force, subject to REALTCT’s right to seek injunctive relief in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the owner and operator of REALTCT, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, and information providers free and harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Terms of Use are governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the country.
